Welcome to EzVz, a 3D-printing service (“Service”) provided by EzVz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using the Service, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our rules. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

   EzVz is a platform that connects individuals seeking 3D-printing services (“Customers”) with providers capable of fulfilling those requests (“Providers”). The Service allows Customers to submit their 3D-printing requests and connect with Providers who can complete the requested services.

3. User Information

   Collection of information supplied by Customers:

   1. Discord Usernames: To facilitate the connection between Customers and Providers, we collect and store Discord usernames provided by users. This information is solely used to link individuals to the appropriate service providers within our platform.
   2. Material and Part Choices: When submitting a 3D-printing request, Customers provide specific material and part choices. We collect and store this information to improve our program and enhance the overall user experience. However, we do not use this information for any other purpose without the explicit consent of the user.

4. User Responsibilities

   Responsibilities from Customers:

   1. Provide accurate Information: When using the Service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
   2. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

   Intellectual Property of the 3D-designs, derived works and printed parts:

   1. Ownership: All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the VzBoT project or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
   2. License: By using the Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

   Limited Warranty:

   1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the Service, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
   2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or materials provided through the Service. You acknowledge that any reliance on such content or materials is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

   To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
