Which VzBoT do I want?

There are some subtle differences between the two main printers under the VzBoT umbrella. The Vz235 and Vz330 are both very capable printers.

Pro’s and Cons of the Vz330

  • 👍 Removable top hat (for printing PLA)
  • 👍 Ability to print larger things
  • 👎 Rear belt tensioners are harder to reach
  • 👎 Takes up more space

Vz235

Pro’s and Cons of the Vz235

  • 👍 Front belt tensioners
  • 👍 Compact footprint
  • 👎 No removable top hat (for printing PLA)
  • 👎 Large items might not fit the print bed
